The CUNY BPL Field Equipment Library, sponsored by DCAS DEM, has moved to a new home in the new NYC Energy Tools website. We offer more equipment, more resources, and a new way for you to request equipment loans online!
NYC Energy Tools is a new hub for City agency facility personnel that brings together the free equipment lending and advisory services that the Field Equipment Lending Library (FELL) has been providing since 2013, plus training resources and measurement guides developed by CUNY Building Performance Lab and NYC DCAS Division of Energy Management (DEM) to help agencies carry out energy reduction projects.
